I was really disappointed with the pickup service. After landing, I waited around for what felt like forever and no one showed up. I ended up having to call twice just to figure out what was going on, which made the start of my trip way more stressful than it needed to be...

The staff just didn’t come across very professional to me. It felt kind of off and not really what I expected.

Check-in was as easy as it gets. I pulled up, showed my booking, and the guy let me through in about a minute. No confusion, no waiting around, just a smooth start to my trip. Definitely appreciated how hassle-free it was.

My booking did go through in the end, so that part was fine, but the checkout process felt slower than it should have. I also had to check the price twice because I wasn’t fully confident it was showing correctly. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but the site really needs to be clearer and more consistent so customers don’t have to second-guess what they’re paying.

I booked a parking spot near the airport, and everything lined up exactly when I got there. The date, time, lot name, and price were all the same as what I had reserved, which made the whole thing simple and stress-free.

Support was polite when they replied, but it felt like my issue wasn’t really a priority and I was kind of being brushed off. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely wasn’t great either. Three stars feels fair.

I did end up finding a space, so that was good, but it definitely took longer than I expected. Some areas looked totally full, then I’d turn a corner and think maybe there was something, but nope. Eventually found one, just not as quick or easy as I’d hoped.

The lot was really dirty when I got there. Trash around, just not taken care of at all. Whoever runs this really needs to stay on top of it better.

Overall, I felt safe with the car and didn’t have any major concerns while using it. I guess I was just expecting the parking area to feel a bit more secure too, and the lighting there was lacking. Not a dealbreaker, but it could definitely be improved

I used Bolt Parking last weekend. The shuttle timing was the best part. We parked, got our bags out, and a shuttle pulled up within a few minutes.

Getting back was easy too. I called after I picked up my bag. I only waited about 6 or 7 minutes.

Nothing fancy here. The shuttles just came often. It made the airport trip a lot less stressful. I’d use them again.

The lot had decent lighting, cameras, and I noticed security walking around a couple of times, which made me feel a lot more comfortable. When I came back the next morning, everything was fine and the area didn’t feel sketchy at all.

The parking itself was fine, just nothing special. For what I paid, I’d have expected things to feel a little smoother or at least have better info upfront. I’d maybe use it again, but only if I couldn’t find something cheaper.
